What You'll Do
Career Committee Preparation:

Maintain and update tracking files for the consulting cohort under your responsibility

Organize career committee calendars and meetings (Career Development and probation review committees)

Define the annual calendar for career committees

Monitor the progress of files and evaluations within the management tool
-
Answer questions from advisees, advisors, and evaluators regarding committee dates, file progress, evaluations, and support on the management tool
Management of Career Committee Decisions:

Share committee outcomes and information with the HR team and HR administration team

Update HR databases and reporting dashboards
-
Record promotions and nominations in the management tool
Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in additional HR-related projects as needed
What You'll Bring
You have at least 2 years of experience in a support function role and are interested in developing your HR expertise within a demanding and fast-paced environment.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset.

Who You'll Work With
Reporting to the Talent Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating career development committees for a consulting population.
You will work closely with the HR team and the consulting staff on all career development-related activities.
