We are a distributor of Korean cosmetics in Portugal, developing skincare brands across retail, e-commerce, salons, and aesthetic clinics. Our goal is to build a strong market presence and long-term partnerships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key accounts (retail chains, clinics, e-commerce, distributors)
- Negotiate with buyers and decision-makers
- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and annual plans
- Achieve sales targets and grow strategic accounts
- Plan brand launches and promotional activities with partners
- Analyze sell-in / sell-out data and forecast orders
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising standards
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners
Requirements
- Experience as a Key Account Manager in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or retail
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience in contract management and sales planning
- Results-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Proficiency in Excel / CRM
- Driving license is a plus
