Minimum of 3 years’ experience in functional application support within distributed microservices environments, preferably using OpenShift;
Experience in API support, preferably with IBM API Connect;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
Preferably experience in frontend triage (React/Angular);
Preferably experience working with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace);
Preferably experience, from a user perspective, in consulting logs using Kibana;
Preferably experience in Python programming;
Availability to provide out-of-hours support.
