We are looking for:

An HR Technology & Digitalization Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and governance for HR technology and the employee digital experience, ensuring technology and AI enable a simple, engaging and efficient experience across the employee lifecycle. Working in partnership with HR, IT and business leaders, the role optimises existing technology, including the payroll & time and attendance landscape, and identifies future technology opportunities, shapes investment decisions and ensures digital solutions deliver measurable value for employees, managers and the organisation.
Define the target HR technology and data architecture, partnering with People Analytics, Data and IT to ensure secure, integrated and well-governed data flows across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, enterprise data platforms, reporting and analytics.
Lead the technology dimension of global payroll, time and attendance and workforce management transformation, harmonising a multi-country, multi-provider and multi-system landscape and ensuring robust master data, controls and interfaces support accurate, compliant and scalable processing.
Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integration, master data, data models and governance, with experience partnering with Analytics, Data and IT teams.

The Belgium annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €113,000 to €156,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. The primary location for this job is Belgium; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation.
