Remote Customer Support Representative (Must be a Native English Speaker)

Compensation: $8.50(USD) / hour, around $1,500/month (USD) + Bonus
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 3 PM – 12 PM WEST (Portugal Time)

Ehub Operation Inc. is a California-based company specializing in the distribution and sales of consumer products across the U.S. market. Our main product lines include smart locks, home rehabilitation equipment, bread makers, portable air conditioners, and personal care electronics such as LED nail lamps. We are looking for professional and responsive customer support representatives to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls (average 40/day) and make outbound follow-up calls when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, and live chat (future scope)
- Provide product support, warranty guidance, and basic troubleshooting
- Follow provided scripts and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the RingCentral system
- Collaborate with the team for any escalated or complex issues
Requirements
- Native English speaker ; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or call center work, ideally in consumer electronics or beauty care products
- Comfortable using VoIP systems (we provide access to RingCentral)
- Willing to work during U.S. business hours (PST)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet access
- You must provide your own computer or laptop and stable internet
- You must have a dedicated, quiet space in your home to work
Training & Support
- Full product training provided
- Script and communication guide will be provided
- Training on customer return/refund policies and complaint handling procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $8.50/ hour, with an estimated monthly amount of around USD 1,500. The actual payment will be based on the total number of hours worked.
- Bonus system based on performance and customer satisfaction
- Three-month trial period with performance-based raise
- Paid monthly via Wire
