We are a remote team with a Lisbon office, having recently raised ~$4M seed round with incredible investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta.
Requirements:
Ideally has held a Head of Growth (or equivalent senior growth leadership) role at another business before
Strong numbers/business-driven mindset combined with strong product sense
Core focus: deciding where to allocate growth resources across markets and channels (e.g. should we invest more in South Africa vs. the US, more in SEO in a given region, etc.)
High-level understanding of the business overall, able to translate that into resourcing decisions across channels and geographies
Based in Lisbon
