The role will provide a hands-on opportunity to work in a fun and challenging start-up
environment.
The dynamic role includes responsibilities in the areas of administration, including:
- Assisting students with information on our various courses, and on studying and living
in Lisbon;
- Preparing records and documents relating to each student in a methodical and
organised manner;
- Providing information on and coordinate extra-curricular social activities;
- Guiding potential students through the enrolment process;
- Providing feedback to managers on unmet needs of students and opportunities to
deliver greater value to customers;
- Working closely with the academic coordinator, recording and maintaining the
school’s calendar and class schedules.
The ideal candidate will have completed a degree. We also value candidates that have some
experience working in an international environment.
It is essential to have:
- Customer service experience in customer facing role;
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the capacity to prioritise and
complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales;
- Demonstrated capability for identifying and resolving problems, the ability to
communicate effectively to staff and students and are able to remain effective and
meticulous within a busy office environment;
- Computer literacy and the ability to be flexible and adaptable is also required.

Pay: 1,400.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
