Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Relationship Officer, you will support insured members throughout their coverage, ensuring a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in English & French
- Manage claims, reimbursements, prior authorizations, and coverage requests
- Issue insurance certificates
- Follow up on ongoing cases and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure service quality and response time compliance

- Junior profiles welcome (less than 2 years’ experience)
