We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Partner Account Manager fluent in French to join our team in Lisbon, supporting the France Belgium and Luxembourg (FBL) value market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional with strong relationship management skills and a solid understanding of the IT sector. In this role, you will work closely with Channel Partners to drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and support key Xerox business processes across a defined geography within the Velocity channel.
As Partner Account Manager, you will:
- Support identified Channel Partners in achieving their equipment, supplies, and post-sale revenue objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential Channel Partners, engaging them in the Xerox value proposition to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and implement an effective coverage strategy across your assigned geography
- Support partners in innovating and developing new revenue and annuity streams for both Xerox and the partner network
- Help shape sales strategies that support the achievement of partner business and revenue goals
- Work with Channel Partners to translate business strategies into measurable objectives and actionable business plans
- Collaborate closely with in-country teams to optimize partner coverage and channel strategy
- Engage prospective partners and build new business relationships within the Xerox channel ecosystem
- Create initiatives with partners that generate opportunities for Xerox and deliver value for clients
- Educate Channel Partners on Xerox business priorities, products, marketing tools, and program activities
- Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
- Ensure relevant partner activity is captured accurately in Xerox business processes, including forecasting and marketing activity tracking
- Represent the voice of the partner internally and support effective two-way communication between partners and key Xerox stakeholders
- Identify post-sale opportunities and coordinate activities that convert them into additional revenue streams
- Maintain strong working relationships with country and regional stakeholders
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- A background in sales account management with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in an indirect sales environment
- Experience working in a Channel/Partner-driven environment is preferred
- Strong business acumen and excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and implement both strategic and tactical business change with external audiences
- Strong customer focus and a clear commitment to delivering results
- Fluency in French is essential
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to a range of audiences
