Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, with the capacity to quickly identify issues and determine the most efficient resolution;
- Solid Technical Experience: Solid experience in hardware and software installation, operations, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux);
- Advanced Support Skills: Ability to escalate relevant issues, coordinating with training and technical teams when necessary.
Duties/role:
- Supporting the management of the Mobile Training Team as a Principal Technician by planning and coordinating C2FSS iterations with a focus on the Mobile Training Team and tailored training to ensure business continuity for the TOPFAS Section;
- Liaising with instructors, LCSB, TecB, and customer POCs to ensure smooth course execution, preparing iteration-related documentation (Admin Instructor), and acting as the first POC for any issues related to the C2FS iterations;
- Conducting surveys at customer locations to ensure training can be delivered in alignment with Academy quality standards.
