Your objective as a Customer Support Technician?
Join the Cegid Customer Support teams specialized in the Cegid Retail software solution used by over 1,000 brands and 25,000 points of sale worldwide.
Your main mission will be to assist and troubleshoot our clients in using our solutions intended for retail clients, both in France and internationally.
As a Customer Support Technician, you will:-
Handle the client's request, provide a response and, depending on the case, offer a solution or transfer it,

Manage client requests in compliance with the service contract, regardless of the channel (incoming calls, portal, chat),

Follow up on client requests, respecting the instructions provided,

Apply daily best practices in Customer Support and ensure client satisfaction through your responses and actions,

Alert on repetitive calls.

Your language skills allow you to assist international clients by phone in French, English, and/or Spanish.

You have studies in IT or possess skills in this area (Windows environment),

You are eager to understand the needs of our clients through both functional and technical responses. Customer service is at the heart of your values,

You enjoy analysing complex situations, drawing on a deductive and analytical mindset, in order to ask the right questions, gather relevant information and either resolve issues directly or enrich with quality information the requests to be escalated to higher support levels;
