Job Description
This role focuses on Application Support within a banking environment, handling incidents, service requests, and production activities in a 24/7 setup. It involves troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, and ensuring service quality and availability.
The position also includes automating processes using Ansible and Terraform, supporting disaster recovery activities, and collaborating with global teams. Strong technical skills in Linux, PL/SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools are required, along with experience in L1/L2 support and core banking operations.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT Operations and Software Engineering

Strong expertise in Linux systems (CLI, shell scripting)

Proficient in scripting languages (Python and Bash)

Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse)

Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)

Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud)

Experience designing and automating scalable infrastructure solutions

Certified in Red Hat automation and Kubernetes (CKAD)

Familiar with ITIL practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Results-driven with a focus on performance and reliability
