About the role
Our client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to integrate a multidisciplinary team within a fast-paced global environment. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to implement state-of-the-art DevOps practices and work closely with leading cloud providers at a global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of advanced cloud architectures, aligning continuously with key cloud providers (AWS, Google)
- Build, configure and maintain new development tools and infrastructure
- Support the continuous evolution of an Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) approach, ensuring high levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads
- Continuously optimize the efficiency of cloud infrastructure provisioning and maintenance, prioritizing automation, resilience and security
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer within an Agile and CI/CD environment
- Strong experience with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with version contron and CI/CD tools
- Solid programming/scripting skills in one of the following: Python, Ruby, Bash, Go, Java or NodeJS
- Experience configuring and managing application/system monitoring tools (such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana or others)
- Experience managing and troubleshooting webservers (Apache, NGINX), databases, caching layers and/or message queues.
- Solid experience with AWS
