Regulatory Reporting Officer
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer to support critical regulatory reporting and credit risk initiatives within a global banking environment. You will play a key role in interpreting regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on reporting frameworks, ensuring data quality and compliance, and contributing to the successful delivery of regulatory submissions and capital adequacy reporting processes.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
Analyze and interpret new regulatory requirements and assess their impact on credit risk and regulatory reporting frameworks.
Define business requirements and collaborate with IT teams to implement regulatory changes and enhancements.
Perform functional testing, data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
Investigate reporting issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support defect remediation processes.
Contribute to the successful execution of regulatory submissions under new reporting frameworks.
Support credit risk reporting activities related to capital adequacy, solvency ratios, and regulatory disclosures.
Collaborate with risk, finance, business, and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
Monitor data quality and support process optimization initiatives within the regulatory reporting lifecycle.
Present findings, recommendations, and regulatory impacts to project teams and management stakeholders.
Your Key Skills

Credit Risk and Capital Adequacy Analysis.
Business Analysis and Requirements Definition.
Your Main Qualifications
Knowledge of COREP reporting, particularly Own Funds and Large Exposures.
Understanding of Credit Risk concepts, including Standardized and IRB approaches.
Knowledge of CRR3 and EBA ITS regulatory requirements.
Experience in regulatory analysis and business requirements gathering.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Experience performing functional testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
Ability to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution.
Fluency in English.
