We are looking for a Bar Manager to join our team.
We are a dynamic venue with a close-knit team, and we're looking for someone who can lead by example, stay organized, and play an active role in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
This position combines operational management with hands-on involvement. We're looking for someone who can motivate the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure the bar runs efficiently at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar.
- Lead, support, and coordinate a small team.
- Manage stock levels, orders, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
- Support the training and development of the team.
- Deliver a consistent and outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar management or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach.
- English and Portuguese (required).
