Operations Analyst

At Amazonia Bio, we are restructuring our team to accelerate the pipeline of new products and developments. Therefore, we are looking for a well-rounded professional to take the lead in our logistical operations, carrier relationships, and sales support.
What will your role be?
- Global Logistics Management: Serve as the focal point in daily relationships and negotiations with carriers and warehouses, encompassing both European distribution and international (Overseas) transports.
- Commercial Interface: Ensure agile alignment of logistical operations with the demands and deadlines of the sales team.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and sourcing for new product and service suppliers to optimize our supply chain.
- Procurement Support: Work directly on documentation support for purchasing and import/export processes.
- Product Flow: Bring pace, agility, and meticulous monitoring to the development flow of new products alongside our strategic partners.
The profile we are looking for:
- Fluent English and Portuguese: Mandatory. Candidates who do not speak these languages on a daily basis will not be considered.
- Total Focus on Operations: We are looking for an execution-oriented, dynamic profile driven to make the logistics engine run smoothly every single day. A "mission accepted, mission accomplished" mindset.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Impeccable organization to manage deadlines, routes, documentation, and commercial data without losing quality.
- Assertive Communication: Excellent communication skills to navigate easily between suppliers, international carriers, and the internal team.
- Experience (Plus): Previous experience in the transportation sector, logistical routines, warehouse management, or the Brazilian purchasing/procurement sector will be a major differentiator.
- English and Portuguese advanced skills.

Important Information:
Work Location: Cascais, Portugal – Candidates who are not currently living in the Cascais/Lisbon region must indicate their relocation date to the area in their cover letter.
Work Model: 100% on-site (there is no possibility for a hybrid or remote model).

Pay: 1,050.00€ - 1,600.00€ per month
