Guest Communications
- Ensure continuous and professional communication with guests before and during their stay
- Provide support, respond to inquiries, and manage special requests to ensure a positive guest experience
- Support and oversee guest-related processes, including check-in, check-out, and house rules communication
Customer Service & Experience
- Manage and resolve issues during and after the stay in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the guest experience throughout the stay, confirming that services are delivered as expected
- Manage and support review recovery and feedback processes
- Follow up on post-stay situations to ensure guest satisfaction and service consistency
- The role is hybrid, alternating between days focused on customer support and days focused on guest communications, depending on operational needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese(written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-centric mindset with proven problem-solving ability
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality / alojamento local (AL) or customer service (preferred)
This position requires a flexible schedule, 5 days a week, including weekend shifts based on operational needs.
