About the Role:
We are looking for a CDP-level cook to handle multiple kitchen stations, specializing in Thai, Indonesian, and bistro-style cuisine, including grilled dishes. This is a hands-on cooking role, not kitchen management, ideal for skilled professionals who can execute dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic dishes across multiple stations (Thai, Indonesian, Bistro/Grill).
- Maintain hygiene, prep standards, and kitchen organization.
- Assist head chef with menu execution.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience as CDP / Station Chef in multicultural kitchens.
- Proven skills in Thai, Indonesian, and bistro-style cooking.
- Ability to multitask across stations.
- Basic English for following recipes and instructions.
