What we look for?
We are looking for an experienced Automation & Test Data Management Analyst with a strong technical background in test automation and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate is passionate about efficiency, innovation, and quality, with the ability to define automation strategies, optimise test data usage, and integrate automation seamlessly into modern delivery pipelines. Experience applying AI to testing and working in Agile, cloud-based environments is a strong plus.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Define and evolve the test automation strategy aligned with business goals and ROI.
Design, build, and maintain web and mobile automation frameworks and automated test scripts.
Execute automated tests, analyse results, and report insights to stakeholders.
Support Test Data Management (TDM) activities, including data masking, test data generation, and dataset management.
Prioritise automation initiatives based on business value and return on investment.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Improve test solution maintainability through reuse, optimisation, and auto-healing techniques where applicable.
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
What do we expect from you?
4–6+ years of experience in test automation.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Postman, and API testing solutions.
Solid knowledge of BDD practices using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
Experience working with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Good understanding of Test Data Management concepts and best practices.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.
Experience in cloud and microservices environments (desirable).
Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Strong technical skills, structured thinking, and a mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
An innovative approach, with interest or experience in AI applied to testing.

Hybrid Lisbon (Portugal).

Business hours (40 hours weekly)
