ROLE:
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring production targets, quality requirements, and safety procedures are consistently achieved in a food/supplement manufacturing setting;
Organize and coordinate production operators to ensure smooth and efficient workflows;
Assess production performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and take immediate corrective action when required;
Organize production planning and keep production records accurate and complete;
Ensure the timely availability of materials required for production;
Communicate production performance and operational challenges to the Production Manager;
Assist with the onboarding and training of new production employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a similar area (preferred);
Experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments;
Previous experience leading or supervising teams (preferred);
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
Comfortable working in a high-paced production environment;
Good knowledge of Excel and ability to work confidently with technology;
Strong leadership and sense of responsibility, combined with a high level of attention to detail.
