The Estoril Living Group is strengthening its IT team and is looking for an IT Support – Operations and Openings to join a growing group in the hospitality sector
Role Objective:
- Ensure end‑to‑end IT execution across hotel openings, system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, and day‑to‑day IT support, guaranteeing technology is operational, stable, and business‑ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Openings & Projects
✅Execute IT activities for new hotel openings and refurbishments
✅Follow-up Implementation and support core hotel systems (PMS, POS, Wi‑Fi, TV/CAST, integrations)
✅Support system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations across hotels
✅Execute digital transformation initiatives defined by IT strategy
✅Support testing, go‑live, stabilization, and post‑implementation handover
Helpdesk & Operational Support
✅Execute IT activities for new hotel openings and refurbishments
✅Follow-up Implementation and support core hotel systems (PMS, POS, Wi‑Fi, TV/CAST, integrations)
✅Support system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations across hotels
✅Execute digital transformation initiatives defined by IT strategy

Required Skills & Experience:
Techinal/ Functional:
- Experience in hospitality IT environments (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments)
- Practical knowledge of hotel systems:
- PMS, POS, Wi‑Fi, TV/CAST, access control
- Experience supporting system implementations and rollouts
- Basic understanding of:
- Networking and on‑site infrastructure
- Cloud/SaaS solutions
- Awareness of cybersecurity and GDPR principles (execution level)
Professional Skills:
- Strong execution and problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to follow technical direction and standards
- Comfortable working in operational environments and during go‑live periods
- Good communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Mobility to our Hotel Properties if needed local support
