We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a MEP Lead to join our team in Iberia. The MEP Lead will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate MEP services across design, construction, and commissioning phases.

Manage and support the MEP project team, including subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors.

Oversee technical reviews, quality checks, and progress reporting.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment

Review and approve MEP design documentation, technical submittals, and method statements.

Identify and resolve design or construction issues to maintain project momentum.

Drive commissioning readiness and ensure smooth handover of MEP systems.

Support project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking to achieve project milestones.
Requirements

Degree qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in large-scale construction or data centre projects, with a strong MEP focus.

Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of design coordination, MEP systems, and installation methodologies.

Experience with data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
