Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Software is becoming a key part of our
hardware business, requiring reliable and scalable processes throughout the entire
customer journey. You will be part of the
Software Business Enablement team within the
Software Transformation organization, defining
how software is handled across ordering, delivery, and lifecycle stages, and
working directly with business units and support functions to create
practical, scalable end‑to‑end processes across a global organization.

Design end-to-end business processes for software-enabled solutions, from order to delivery and lifecycle management

Define how software is accessed, provisioned, and managed over time, including upgrades, renewals, and changes

Ensure software can be handled consistently across direct, digital, and distributor channels

Identify gaps in existing processes and drive improvements that increase efficiency and scalability

Work closely with business units and support functions to align on efficient and practical process designs

Establish standardized and reusable process models that can scale across customers, products, and regions
-
Proactively identify operational risks and limitations, and improve process concepts accordingly
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a structured and solution‑oriented professional with strong process expertise and the ability to work across functions. The ideal candidate combines operational experience with a pragmatic mindset to design scalable and reliable software processes.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business operations, process excellence, or similar roles (software, technology, or semiconductor industry)

Good understanding of order-to-cash and after-sales processes across digital and indirect channels

Experience in process design and improvement, with a focus on scalability

Solid analytical and structured thinking skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment

Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage
