As a Team Leader for our DSN Contrôle Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our development initiatives. You will provide technical leadership to the team, guide architectural and development decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong technical expertise, close collaboration with the development team, and the ability to mentor engineers while contributing actively to the codebase.

Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to the development of .NET applications by writing well-designed, scalable, and testable code, reviewing existing implementations, and supporting the team on complex technical challenges.

Code Analysis and Performance Optimization: Analyze existing code to understand performance impact, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective technical solutions.

Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Review, debug, and troubleshoot .NET applications, ensuring issues and defects are addressed efficiently and quality standards are consistently met.
