We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Senior Marketing Specialist.
Working Place: Centro Vasco da Gama
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or Communication (preferential);
-
4 to 6 years of experience in Marketing, preferably acquired in shopping centers or retail;

Fluent in English;
-
Proficient in MS Office and Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms;

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external providers;
-
Open minded and creative, with strong communication and presentation skills;

Responsibilities:

Build and implement the annual marketing plan, in order to improve the Shopping Centre’s image, attractiveness, customer loyalty and retention;

Introduce the Shopping Centre to institutional entities that may hold future events/exhibitions in its spaces and to communication companies and agencies, for the purpose of making the Shopping Centre enter the channels defined in its communications actions and strategies;

Coordinate, implement and oversee events, subcontracting services for this purpose, presenting briefings to suppliers and agencies, in order to ensure the promotion of the intended image;

Monitor the progress and performance of events and campaigns, namely assessing the actions in terms of receptivity/adherence, operability, impact on the media and on shopkeepers;

Monitor de performance of all the digital channels;

Manage the marketing budget of common expenses, attempting to take advantage of the existing synergies to lower the total marketing costs of the Shopping Centre;

Negotiate partnerships and sponsorship agreements in order to make the actions defined in the Marketing strategies more efficient;

Manage the relationships with different agencies and internal stakeholders (asset managers; owners; etc).
