Our client is a dynamic and growing hospitality group, recognised for its commitment to quality, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team culture. They are currently looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of one of their established restaurant concepts in Lisbon.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations;
- Manage, motivate and develop the kitchen team;
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes;
- Monitor food costs, stock control, and operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards;
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service and menu execution;
- Manage supplier relationships and purchasing;
Maintain a positive, structured, and high-performing kitchen environment.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience as Head Chef in high-volume or structured restaurant environments;
- Proven experience in team management and development;
- Strong knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards;
Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and operational excellence.
