Role Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations;

Manage, motivate and develop the kitchen team;

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes;

Monitor food costs, stock control, and operational efficiency;

Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards;

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service and menu execution;

Manage supplier relationships and purchasing;

Maintain a positive, structured, and high-performing kitchen environment.
Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience as Head Chef in high-volume or structured restaurant environments;

Proven experience in team management and development;

Strong knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations;

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards;

Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and operational excellence.
