Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure;
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of room features and hotel facilities;
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests;
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and Doorman to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures;
- Maintain public areas, luggage storage, and service carts in a clean and organized state;
- Support other departments with guest service tasks as needed;
- Uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards and professional appearance at all times.
Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are an advantage;
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
