Mission

Join our American Vintage corner within El Corte Inglés and take the lead in bringing our brand to life in a premium department store environment. Working alongside a team of 2 Sales Assistants, you'll drive the performance of the corner while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You are ready to:

Passionate about the American Vintage style and customer service, you enjoy taking on challenges and exceeding the goals set for you.
You ensure a personalized and digital customer experience focused on customer loyalty and new client acquisition.
You monitor the corner's performance indicators and implement action plans to maximize results.

2. Ensure operational excellence and uphold the brand image

Detail-oriented, you embody the spirit and style of the brand.
You ensure the American Vintage corner is always perfectly presented, in line with our visual merchandising standards and El Corte Inglés requirements.
As an efficient manager, you oversee stock accuracy, back-office organization, performance analysis, and schedule optimization to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the corner.

You oversee the onboarding, training, and professional development of your team members.
You build a committed, united, and high-performing team by fostering transparent communication and a collaborative spirit.

Please note that the corner operates in line with El Corte Inglés opening hours, from Monday to Sunday, including extended trading hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Flexibility to work across these opening hours is therefore required.

Profil

You have at least 2 years of management experience in retail.

Always attentive to your surroundings, you are an inspiring person for your team, with a natural sense of leadership.

You have a strong business mindset and are customer service–oriented.

Fluency in Portugese and English is required for this position.
