Position Overview:
Intapp is at an inflection point. We just launched Celeste — our agentic AI platform built for the world's top law firms, private capital firms, and professional services companies. More than 2,700 firms globally rely on our platform, and we're re-architecting everything around AI-native workflows. The Cloud Platform team is right at the center of that — and this role sits at the intersection of what we build and why.
Nearly everything we're building now is either for AI or enabled by AI. New infrastructure to support agentic workloads. New data pipelines. New platform capabilities that didn't exist two years ago. It's a lot — and we need someone who can make sense of it, prioritize it, and make sure we're building the right things.
We're looking for a Technical PM who can hold the big picture without losing the technical thread.
Why Now:
Celeste is live and scaling fast. The volume of new systems, new requirements, and new architectural decisions hitting the Cloud Platform team is real — and growing. This role exists because we need someone who can bring clarity to what gets built, keep the platform ahead of the business, and help us navigate what AI-native infrastructure actually looks like in practice.
There's a lot of greenfield here. If you want to shape how a modern cloud platform evolves to support AI at scale — in a domain (legal and financial services) where the stakes are high and the problems are genuinely hard — this is that role.
What you will do:
You'll be the connective tissue between Cloud Platform and the rest of the business — going deep with product, engineering, and other teams to understand what they actually need, then making sure our platform delivers it in the right order, the right way.
A big part of this role right now is making sense of what AI means for our platform. Which new systems do we need to support Celeste at scale? What does the infrastructure look like for agentic workflows running in regulated, compliance-heavy environments? You'll be the person helping us answer those questions and turn them into a coherent roadmap.
Concretely: you'll own the platform roadmap, drive requirements intake from across the business, and bring enough technical credibility to pressure-test approaches before teams go too far down the wrong path. You'll also use AI tooling yourself — to prototype ideas, validate approaches, cut through ambiguity faster. We expect that from everyone on the team.
Our engineering managers are deeply technical and know their domains well. What we need from you is the cross-team view they don't have time for.
What you will need:
Technically fluent — you can hold your own in a system design conversation, even if you're not writing production code
Strong requirements and stakeholder management — you know how to get to what people actually need, not just what they asked for
Comfortable with AI tools — you use them daily, you're curious about where they're going, and you can prototype or validate ideas with them when needed
You can own a roadmap and defend prioritization decisions under pressure
You get AI-native architecture — enough to ask the right questions about how agentic systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure fit together
Nice to have:
Background in cloud platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling
Experience working in regulated industries (legal, financial services, professional services)
Hands-on engineering background — even if it's been a while
