About Clarity International School
Clarity International School is a growing international school located in Oeiras, Portugal, serving children aged 3-10 in a nurturing, multicultural, and innovative learning environment. We are looking for a results-driven Admissions & Sales Manager to help us grow our school community and support families throughout the enrollment journey.
Role Overview
The Admissions & Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete enrollment process, from lead generation to signed contracts and tuition payment. This is a highly proactive sales role requiring excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and experience in the Portuguese education sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, founders, marketing team, and another Admissions Manager to achieve enrollment goals and strengthen the school's presence in the Oeiras area.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment
- Manage the full admissions and enrollment process from first contact to signed contract
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective families using established sales scripts
- Qualify leads and schedule school visits with the Principal
- Follow up with families after meetings through phone calls and email communication
- Guide families through decision-making and enrollment procedures
- Prepare contracts and collect enrollment payments
- Maintain accurate records in the school's CRM and admissions systems
Lead Generation & Sales
- Actively identify and engage potential families through:
- Facebook groups
- Parent communities and online forums
- WhatsApp and Telegram communities
- Referrals and networking opportunities
- Marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve enrollment targets and conversion goals
Partnership Development
Develop strategic partnerships with:
- Educational centers
- Kindergartens and preschools
- Private schools
- After-school activity providers
- Language schools
- Child development centers
- Family-focused organizations and businesses
Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
- Fluent European Portuguese (required)
- Proven sales experience in Portugal
- Previous experience in education sales, school admissions, educational services, or a related field
- Strong phone sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international school, private school, language school, or educational organization
- Existing network within the Oeiras education community
- Residence in Oeiras or nearby areas (strong advantage)
