We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Chief Product And Technology Officer (CPTO), providing high-level administrative support, strategic planning, and operational execution across the Product & Engineering (PnE) organization. This role ensures the efficient management of the CPTO office, drives key strategic initiatives, and represents executive leadership in critical internal forums.
Strategic Planning & Advisory Support

Partner with CPTO to define, develop, and execute strategic initiatives for the Product & Engineering organization, including annual roadmaps, OKRs, and long-term technology and product strategies.

Prepare executives for key meetings, decisions, and presentations by conducting research, synthesizing information, and developing strategic recommendations.

Lead the OKR process for the entire PnE department, ensuring alignment with company-level objectives, tracking progress quarterly, and reporting on achievements to executive leadership.

Spearhead the AI transformation and innovation agenda within PnE, identifying opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving implementation.

Lead organizational restructuring initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while optimizing team structures for scalability and performance.

Oversee the product and software development life cycle, identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Management of Administrative & Physical Resources

Manage the logistical and budgetary aspects of all PnE leadership offsites, organization-wide events, and workshops, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.

Oversee the operational budget for the Office of the CPTO, tracking expenditures, approving invoices, and forecasting future financial needs.

Coordinate administrative resources across PnE to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Development & Implementation of Guidelines

Design and implement operational processes and guidelines for day-to-day operations within PnE, including establishing clear workflows and communication protocols.

Develop and manage critical cross-functional connection points between PnE and Sales, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Customer Support organizations.

Design, implement, and document the customer support ticket process, including:

Establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for resolution times

Creation of fast-track protocols for urgent tickets

Development of comprehensive documentation and training materials

Coaching of support and engineering teams on new processes
Analysis of Issues & Preparation of Reports

Analyze organizational resource management issues within PnE, identifying challenges and opportunities, and preparing comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for the CPTO.

Prepare and present monthly operational status updates for the entire PnE organization at All Hands meetings, communicating achievements, challenges, and next steps.

Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, concise executive summaries and presentations for leadership decision-making.

Track and report on OKR progress at both PnE department level and company level, providing visibility into goal achievement.
Leadership, Management & Development of Work Teams

Lead cross-functional initiatives and project teams to achieve PnE and company-level OKRs, coordinating the work of multiple teams and ensuring successful execution.

Mentor individuals within PnE on management topics and team leadership, contributing to the professional development of future leaders.

Manage the recruitment process for an Administrative Assistant, including defining the role, interviewing candidates, and overseeing onboarding.

Oversee all communication and announcements within the PnE organization, from drafting and review to final communication, ensuring consistency and alignment with executive messaging.
Representation of the Organization

Represent the CPTO in monthly Customer Insights meetings with the CEO, presenting PnE status updates, achievements, and next steps on behalf of executive leadership.

Act as a liaison between the Office of the CPTO and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Represent the PnE organization in cross-functional forums, advocating for the technology and product perspectives.
Requirements
Experience
-
5+ years in technical program management, strategy & operations, or Chief of Staff roles within a Product & Engineering organization
-
Proven track record running OKR processes at department or company level
-
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer-facing teams
-
Background in SaaS or B2B tech environment
Skills

Strong executive communication - written and verbal; comfortable presenting to C-level

Ability to synthesize complex technical and operational information into executive-ready outputs

Budget management and resource planning experience

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile delivery frameworks - not a hands-on engineer, but able to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
