The role
As a SHEQ Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting our SHEQ strategy, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and Group policies, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring non-conformities, coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and external partners, supporting certification processes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation required for local and Group standards. You will also contribute to customer audits and supplier approvals, helping ensure that our operations consistently meet the highest quality and sustainability standards.
Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects related to sustainability, compliance, reporting and operational improvement. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail oriented and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to make a real impact in an international and continuously evolving environment.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Experience in administration, Quality, SHEQ or a similar field is an advantage. Strong communication skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a good command of English are essential.
