We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent with good computer skills to join our team.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (C1/C2), B2 English
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and different systems/tools
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous support experience is a plus

Functions:
- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and refunds
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support customers with account and product-related questions
- Use internal systems and tools to manage customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and case updates
