Role Desrption
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef/ Cook located in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner and in accordance with the recipes
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Work independently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
