Join a highly motivated team where your engineering expertise will play a crucial role in delivering impactful projects for our business unit. Imagine tackling exciting technical challenges as part of a dynamic project team, collaborating closely with internal partners and project management. You will help upgrade existing equipment to meet new technical standards, enhance features, and fulfill current requirements, leading to more efficient gas turbines and satisfied customers. Throughout all project phases—from supporting bid managers to handing over projects to customers—you will engage with clients on global modernization initiatives, contributing to the energy transition towards greater sustainability.
How You’ll Make an Impact

You will take over engineering tasks for modernization projects in gas-fired and combined cycle power plants, focusing on the control and instrumentation systems of gas turbines.

You will prepare I&C concepts for the modernization of gas and combined cycle power plants.

You will validate engineered software during project tests using hardware or virtual simulators.

You will present engineering and test results to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

You will commission the previously engineered and tested software at sites around the world, making a tangible impact on energy efficiency.
What You Bring
-
You have successfully completed a technical degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, power engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field.

You possess good knowledge in general electrical engineering, with a preference for experience in the power plant sector.

Ideally, you have expertise in process automation and/or electrical engineering related to turbine control technology.

You are willing to travel worldwide (up to approximately 30%).

Business fluent English is essential, and German language skills are desirable.

We focus on zero or low-emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof.
