We are looking for:
A Seeq Platform Owner to act as the primary technical point of contact for all matters related to the Seeq analytics platform. This role combines deep hands-on expertise with ownership of long-term platform health, vendor coordination, user enablement, and use-case development
The Seeq Expert will work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, data, and digital teams) and with Seeq as a vendor, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and that the platform continuously delivers business value
This is a key role in scaling advanced analytics adoption across the organization
We count on you to:
Seeq Platform Ownership & Support
Act as the main technical point of contact for all Seeq-related questions, issues, and requests
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for platform, performance, data connectivity, and user issues
Manage escalation and follow-up with Seeq support and product teams, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Track recurring issues and drive long-term, sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Own the technical relationship with Seeq, including support cases, enhancements, and roadmap discussions
Translate business and user needs into clear technical requirements for Seeq
Coordinate with internal IT, data, and security teams on integrations, upgrades, and compliance topics
Use Case Development & Analytics Enablement
Support and actively contribute to the development of new Seeq use cases (process optimization, monitoring, anomaly detection, performance analysis, etc.)
Collaborate with domain experts to turn operational problems into scalable Seeq analyses
Promote best practices for Seeq analysis design, performance, and reuse
Training & Knowledge Enablement
Develop and maintain training materials (guides, tutorials, videos, example notebooks, best-practice documentation)
Deliver onboarding sessions and advanced training for different user profiles (engineers, analysts, power users)
Act as a Seeq “champion” internally, helping grow user maturity and self-service analytics adoption
Continuous Improvement
Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption metrics
Propose improvements to tooling, processes, and governance around Seeq usage
Stay up to date with new Seeq features and proactively assess their value for the organization
You will bring:
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Seeq (analysis creation, data connectors, troubleshooting, user support)
Background in industrial analytics, process data, or time-series data analysis
Experience working with OT / industrial data sources (e.g. historians such as PI, Aspen, AVEVA, etc.)
Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with external vendors or SaaS providers
Strong documentation and training material creation skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, energy, or process industries
Scripting or data skills (Python, SQL, basic data engineering concepts)
Experience supporting analytics platforms at scale
Exposure to cloud environments or hybrid IT/OT architectures

You will get:
The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: € 35,600 to € 50,700. The Italian annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: € 46,300 to € 66,400. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include bonus and/or other incentive.
