ROLE:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure operational targets, quality requirements, and safety standards are consistently achieved within a food and supplement manufacturing environment;
Coordinate production teams to maintain an efficient and well-organized workflow;
Track production performance, identify operational constraints, and implement corrective measures when required;
Organize production schedules and maintain accurate production records;
Ensure raw materials and supplies are available to support uninterrupted production;
Report production results, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Production Manager;
Assist with the onboarding and training of new production team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred);
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
Experience leading or coordinating teams is considered an advantage;
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production setting;
Proficiency in Excel and confidence using digital tools;
Leadership skills, accountability, and excellent attention to detail.
