Operate day-to-day network services, including proactive monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and controlled change execution
Perform L2/L3 configuration and troubleshooting across WAN / SD-WAN, LAN / Wi‑Fi, data center connectivity, and cloud interconnect domains
Execute incident, problem, and change activities using ServiceNow in line with defined processes
Produce high-quality operational records, including ticket closure notes, configuration changes, topology updates, and documentation
Support root cause analysis activities and contribute to post-incident reviews
Participate in operational governance forums and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to restore services and improve network stability
Solid L2/L3 networking knowledge with hands-on operational experience
Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills across WAN / SD-WAN, LAN / Wi‑Fi, data center connectivity, and cloud interconnect fundamentals
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, and Grafana
Strong ITSM execution discipline using ServiceNow
Consistent documentation practices using tools such as Confluence
Familiarity with automation and programmability concepts, including scripts, APIs, and structured data formats (JSON, YAML)
