We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.
About the project:
We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their entire online order journey, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, and both inbound/outbound communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for online orders, including deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds.
- Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, couriers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Identify and escalate complex problems while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- German level at least C1+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Proven problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills with minimal supervision, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Strong computer literacy is required, along with previous experience in back-office work using computer systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
What you will gain:

- Salary without accommodation: 1370 euros gross / month

- The first contract for 6 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one).
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
