Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.
What will you do?
- Welcome and assist members and their families, creating a warm and memorable experience at the Sport Park and lake areas.
- Support your teammates and maintain a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Lead and assist with watersport activities on the Catamaran boat, ensuring safety, instruction, equipment preparation, and coordination with the boat crew.
- Deliver watersports lessons and support activities at the lake, keeping all equipment well‑maintained, clean, and ready for use.
- Ensure all outdoor pursuits areas are organised, safe, and presented to Costa Terra standards.
- Help members with bookings, provide activity information, and support general operations as needed (including valet, equipment setup, and guest assistance).
- Follow safety procedures, attend team meetings and trainings, and uphold Costa Terra service standards at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury resort or similar environment.
- Professional watersports certification (mandatory); additional sport licenses are a plus.
- Strong guest‑service mindset, with excellent communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Physically able to perform an active, outdoor role (lifting equipment, standing for long periods, operating boats and golf carts).
- Creative, energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages.
- Reliable, safety‑focused, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Calm under pressure and a strong team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
