Your working day:
- Backoffice role.
- Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.
- Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:
- Fluent in Czech with good level in English
- Customer Service experience
- Great communication
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal
