Job description
In this HR role, you collaborate with and support the HR Manager, Field Manager, and Team Leads in Porto with handling personnel administration. You ensure that our HR policy is aligned and up-to-date, complying with the laws and regulations applicable to our office in Porto.
Additionally, you play a crucial role in providing information to our colleagues and are involved in optimization and professionalization projects that align with the ambitions and priorities of the teams. Projects. Your focus is also on ensuring the satisfaction, engagement, and health of our colleagues, enabling them to develop in a healthy and sustainable manner. You also contribute to the success of the organization by knowing what is happening both inside and outside the organization.
What can you expect
As a HR representative at WEB, you can expect a diverse role within a multicultural team. As a proactive individual who is willing to build bridges, your responsibilities include:
· Overseeing the preparation and management of onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, addressing individual cases and contracts, managing leave and absence and offering support and advice aligned with our ethics and code of conduct.
· Proactively identify improvements and opportunities in our processes and systems.
· Participate in various HR projects.
· Overseeing community-building initiatives while also acting as a liaison between the teams in Porto and Eindhoven, ensuring a smooth collaboration between both teams.
· Supporting HR projects and various community-building initiatives in Eindhoven and Porto.
Your qualifications
You are proactive and you make sure that your tasks are done with the utmost quality. You are a team player and your results are in line with your team as well as the WEB ambitions and priorities. You deal well under pressure.
· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
· Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in human recourses, Law, Management, psychology or similar.

With more than 100 colleagues in the Projects Unit of WEB (Porto and Eindhoven), we support OEM’s in the Brainport region with the industrialization of their high-tech modules and systems. The Project Unit of WEB consists of industrialization engineers, technical authors, project leaders, team leaders, and competence leaders. With a thorough understanding of the products, tools, and processes, our Project Unit aims to support our clients efficiently. The unit has an international character with 95 engineers from across the globe and has grown considerably since its establishment in 2020. With exciting opportunities ahead of us, we are far from finished!
