You speak Dutch/Flemish and you have Cosmetics knowledge? We are recruiting Dutch/Flemish speakers Talent to Beauty Advisor in Porto, Portugal !!
Your working day :
- Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social.
- Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
- Providing excellent solutions, and service.
- Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English (C1 minimum)
- Customer Service / Cosmetic experience
- Great communication
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal
You will benefit :
