The Stamp B.V./ Hotel The Stamp in 's-Hertogenbosch is looking for 3X Independent working cook I.
The Stamp/ Hotel The Stamp is an atmospheric boutique hotel with a restaurant, located in the historic center of 's-Hertogenbosch. Hospitality, quality, fresh ingredients, and collaboration are central to our kitchen team.
Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for independently preparing and cooking dishes and contribute to an efficient and high-quality kitchen.
Duties
- ingredients are prepared independently
- application of basic cooking techniques
- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s).
Job Requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Employment Conditions
Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA – Job Group V)
Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
Travel allowance (if applicable)
