About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the systems, applications and digital experiences that power our products and connect users more deeply with music.
We are looking for someone with a strong engineering mindset and the ability to think beyond pure implementation. Someone capable of understanding complex problems, structuring technical solutions clearly and contributing to software that feels intuitive, meaningful and coherent from a user perspective.
This role combines frontend and backend development with systems thinking, software architecture awareness and strong product sensitivity. We value engineers who are curious about how users interact with technology and who can critically analyse not only how features should be built, but why they matter and how they should behave.
You should feel comfortable translating ideas, product needs and workflows into clear technical logic, structured requirements and well-defined specifications.
As part of this role, you will also contribute to modern AI-assisted engineering workflows, helping define and coordinate software implementation tasks executed both by engineers and AI-enabled development tools.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop scalable software solutions across frontend, backend and system integrations
Contribute to the definition of technical requirements, implementation logic and software specifications
Help structure product ideas and workflows into modular and maintainable systems
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps and engineering teams across multiple domains
Think critically about usability, feature behaviour and overall product experience
Contribute to software architecture decisions and long-term maintainability
Participate in AI-assisted software development workflows and task orchestration
Help define structured implementation logic suitable for both engineers and AI-enabled development tools
Review and validate software solutions with strong attention to quality, clarity and consistency
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows, technical practices and engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering or similar roles
Experience working across frontend and backend development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure technical problems and communicate solutions clearly
Interest in software architecture, systems thinking and scalable engineering practices
Ability to understand user needs and contribute to intuitive product experiences
Strong attention to detail, ownership and quality-oriented mindset
Interest in AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows
Comfortable working in collaborative and fast-evolving environments
Fluency in English is mandatory
Nice to Have
Experience with React, TypeScript, Python or modern web technologies
Understanding of APIs, asynchronous communication and scalable systems
Familiarity with event-driven architectures or real-time systems
Experience using AI tools within software engineering workflows
Interest in music, audio or experience-driven technology products
