- This is an after-sales customer support role for GERMAN-speaking customers, supporting a globally recognized technology company renowned for its innovative products, premium design, and exceptional user experience.

Your responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests in GERMAN via phone, email, and chat
- Support post-sales inquiries including deliveries, warranties, refunds, and order updates
- Provide high-quality customer service focused on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Keep customers informed about the status and resolution of their requests
- Accurately document all interactions and updates in the CRM system
Our expectations:
- Fluency in German (min C2 level)
- English level minimum B2
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- You already live in Portugal and want to work from home
Main conditions:
- Start date: 02/07
- Work from home anywhere in Portugal
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 08:00–21:00
- 40 hours per week, 5 working days (including public holidays)
- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day
- Full-time, rotating shifts
- Fixed-term renewable 6-month contract under Portuguese law
- Paid training provided at the beginning
- Private health insurance with dental coverage included
Salary & benefits:
- Base salary– 1300€ gross
- 2 extra salaries per yer
- Performance bonus up to 225€ gross/month
- Meal allowance: 7.23€ NET/day (approx. 145€ NET/month)
