We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Service professionals based in Lisbon to join a Payment Solutions team focused on delivering high-quality support and seamless customer experiences.

Days off: 2 rotating days per week
You will be part of a customer support team within the payments sector, assisting users with inquiries related to transactions, account issues, and service-related requests. The role requires accuracy, empathy, and strong communication skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist with payment-related questions and account inquiries

Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards

Fluent French communication skills

Strong English level (C1 required – validated via Harver assessment)
