We are looking for a Senior Payments Analyst to drive analytical decision-making across our payments product. This role focuses on understanding user behavior within the payment funnel, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and translating data into product improvements.
You will work with high-scale transactional data, analyzing how users move from checkout to successful payment and where friction occurs. The role requires a strong experimental mindset and the ability to connect data insights to product decisions.
Funnel Analysis and Optimization
Analyze user behavior across the payment funnel and identify conversion bottlenecks
Quantify the impact of drop-offs and uncover opportunities to improve conversion and user experience
Translate analytical findings into actionable product recommendations
Experimentation and Product Insights
Design and evaluate A/B tests in partnership with Product teams
Define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks
Monitor product performance through dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analysis
Cross-functional Collaboration
5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles
Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing product, behavioral, or transactional data
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and product metrics
Ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations
Experience using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation
Experience working with payments and transactional data
Strong understanding of checkout flows and conversion optimization
Experience in gaming, fintech or e-commerce
