Your Role
- Moderating videos from a social media network
- Following company guidelines to reach a decision on the approval, review or denial of the content
- Acting quickly and decisively
- Representing the brand in a professional manner
- Being a team player
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of Italian
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Based in Porto or willing to relocate (preferably from Portugal, but we're taking applications from other EU countries as well)
- Previous experience in Content Moderation or BPO is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and resistance to stress
- Being comfortable with some task repetition
- Attention to detail
